Skin Sculpt Spa
Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, your retainer will be held and applied to your next treatment, as long as it is rescheduled within the same month. In the case of an emergency that requires you to reschedule for the following month, your retainer will still be held and applied to your next treatment. We understand that unexpected situations can occur, and we strive to remain flexible while continuing to meet the needs of all our clients. If you choose not to return to Skin Sculpt Spa, your retainer will be converted into a credit that can be used toward product purchases. This credit will be valid for 30 days from the date of your originally scheduled appointment. Products can either be picked up in person or mailed to you at your expense.
cancellation Policy:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations without rescheduling will result in your deposit being converted into store credit toward skincare products. Store credit must be used within 60 days of your original appointment date. Products can be picked up or shipped at your expense.
Refund policy:
All services and deposits are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied with your experience, we will work with you to offer a solution such as a service credit or a product recommendation tailored to your needs. Please email us at Support@SkinSculptSpa.com.
Where are you located?
Skin Sculpt Spa is located at: 633 W North Ave, Loft 9, Chicago, IL 60610 We’re in the heart of Old Town, inside the Salon Lofts building. Free parking is available in the lot shared with Kababish BBQ & Grill. When you arrive, walk up to the Salon Lofts door and call or text us at 872-222-6741 to be buzzed in.

However, we understand that skincare is personal, and individual reactions may vary. Please note that all sales are final. In the rare event of an allergic reaction within the first 7 days of purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or product replacement. If you experience a reaction, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@skinsculptspa.com with a description of the issue and any supporting photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the matter promptly. Your satisfaction and well-being are our top priorities. When does my order ship?
All orders are typically shipped 3 days after the order is placed. In case of any unforeseen delays, we will promptly inform you.
Can I return or exchange a product?
No, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please reach out to us immediately so we can make it right. support@skinsculptspa.com
