Skin Sculpt Spa was built on the belief that the best treatment a client can receive is the understanding to maintain it. We bring the same belief to our training programs: every aesthetician leaves with a clinical framework, a teaching voice, and the confidence to deliver lasting results.

Programs are run in small cohorts to ensure direct contact hours with Macole, hands-on practice in the studio, and a tight community of peers you’ll keep for the rest of your career.

Skin Sculpt Spa Masterclass

A single, in-person masterclass for licensed estheticians ready to deliver visible, measurable results across every skin tone and concern. Students learn how to perform thorough consultations to determine the correct treatment and customized skincare plan for their clients, Macole’s signature Skin Sculpt Spa treatment technique, chemical peels, microneedling, advanced exfoliation techniques, and the treatment planning, client education, and professional skills that help estheticians achieve better client results.

Macole Moody is a Master Licensed Esthetician, Avon Independent Educator, and one of the top-performing Black spa owners in the United States. Over seven years of hands-on practice and four years in formal esthetics education inform every minute of her curriculum.
